At Solar Eclipse, we want you to shine in your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Solar Eclipse designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
